They are adding big bank fees that came without warning. A 1.5% fee for cash advance for personal line of credit that did not exist until about 3 months ago, Now they have an international transaction fee. Add to it their corporate behavior in branches, nothing to do with their friendly and helpful institution that they used to be until recently. Now they are proffit focused, maybe illegal for a non-profit that they suppose to be. Stay away from them

Very satisfied with this financial institution, I meant to get a check transferred over to another institution before my Social Security was deposited. I take out my Visa payment on the same day every month and they have it marked as it wasn’t paid more than once this year very frustrating. I’m going to change financial institution. Matter of fact I’m going to move out the state of Utah very disappointed and how they run things here. Customer service is Little None. I’ve never missed a payment.

Good for personal, horrible for business banking. The amount of times they’ve hindered me in business has caused me to switch after years. Customer service has declined immensely as well. Their online banking is consistently inaccurate and delayed.
