Very disappointing and unprofessional…
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Neither the broker nor the customer has paid for the transportation service. After repeatedly delaying payment and eventually becoming unresponsive, they are now claiming an alleged “damage” to the vehicle as an apparent excuse not to pay. Their statements have also been contradictory. Initially, we were told that the customer had not received the vehicle. Later, we were told that the customer had received it, paid for it, and that there was supposedly damage. However, no payment was ever made to us, and there was no damage at delivery. We have the signed BOL/inspection documentation confirming the vehicle’s condition at delivery. Despite this, they have failed to provide any legitimate proof of payment, damage documentation, or supporting evidence for their claims. They have stopped responding to calls and messages and have consistently delayed the payment. Based on our experience, their conduct appears to be in bad faith and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this transaction. We strongly recommend that other carriers exercise extreme caution when dealing with this broker and customer.
