Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this. At Ameri Auto Transport LLC, we are indeed a licensed auto transport broker — just like nearly all major companies in this industry, including Montway, AmeriFreight, and others. Our role is to match customers with insured, vetted carriers, and our initial quotes are based on real-time market averages, not bait pricing. If the carrier availability or market rates shift, we communicate those updates honestly — before anything is finalized. In your case, no carrier was ever dispatched, and you were refunded promptly, which reflects our commitment to doing the right thing when circumstances change. We do not force customers to move forward and always offer a resolution when things don’t align. While we regret that we weren’t able to meet your transport needs this time, we absolutely do not use “bait and switch” tactics. Our contracts clearly explain how pricing is based on carrier bids, and we’re always transparent about what customers can expect. We wish you the best in your future shipping needs, and if you’d like to speak directly, we’re happy to clarify anything further. You can reach us at 📞 307-776-0045. – Team Ameri Auto Transport
