Review Update – Still Unresolved After Multiple Attempts to Correct Their Mistake

Review Update – Still Unresolved After Multiple Attempts to Correct Their Mistake After numerous communications with Amen Artisan’s customer service, I was informed that they had shipped the correct bracelet in the colour and size I originally ordered: green, 7.87 inches (20 cm). On October 11, I received the follow-up shipment. While the bracelet was finally the correct green colour, they had once again sent me the wrong size — 8.66 inches (22 cm) instead of the 7.87 inches (20 cm) I ordered. After all the previous correspondence, I had hoped this matter would finally be resolved. Unfortunately, it was not. Since receiving the bracelet, I have emailed their customer service team and followed up again, but as of today, I am still being given the runaround, with no satisfactory resolution. This has become an unnecessarily frustrating experience. What should have been a straightforward correction to an order has turned into repeated correspondence, multiple errors, and a considerable waste of time. I have been patient and have given Amen Artisan several opportunities to put this right, yet I still do not have the bracelet in the size I paid for. A company’s customer service should be measured not only by how it responds to a problem, but by whether it actually resolves it. Unfortunately, my experience so far has fallen well short of that expectation. I will update this review again if Amen Artisan finally resolves the matter. At this point, I simply want to receive the correct bracelet in the colour and size I originally ordered, without any further delays or unnecessary back-and-forth. ADDED: Does this mean you are going to look into my issue and resolve it?

We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the inconsistent communication regarding your replacement. We understand that having to repeat information you had already provided made the situation even more frustrating. We appreciate you taking the time to explain your experience. We will review the communication internally and work to improve how we handle replacement requests and customer information.
