New version is very unreliable. We have several outstanding support tickets. Support seems to have abandoned us. We haven't had any response in weeks.

I asked Amember for a customisation, they agreed, I paid them and then waited, waited and waited. whilst they initially agreed that the customisation would take a week im still waiting 3 months later when I keep asking for updates im repeatedly told that it will be completed within a few days or a week
