Very unprofessional experience

The dress is perfect but the smell is weird and I don’t know how to wash it 😭😭 but the dress is true to size im short so it’s flowing on me But it hugs my body perfectly

5 stars for this dress I would put 100 if I could I loved how it made me feel on my special day and just how perfect it looked on me, I would definitely buy a product from this company again!!!

I have asked this company not to fill an order the same day I placed it and they still chose to ignore several of my correspondences

Amazing response team.

First off my order was returned and secondly I could only receive my refund in store credit after they deduct restocking fee. KMFT. I could only purchase on their website with the store credit. I purchased a shape wear which is nothing compared to what’s on the site, total rubbish . The purse that they purchased from SHEIN for $30 and reselling for $120 or more was total garbage.. there products or overpriced and not worth it. Not once have they apologized for my inconvenience. This was the worse shopping online experience I ever had. The material are cheap. I would never in my life recommend this garbage site to anyone.

I ordered the Red Bina dress. I got an email stating the dresses was damaged before they got a chance to ship it out. Then I was basically forced to pick another dress. They claim the new dress was going to be shipped Expressed, it wasn’t!! I actually never received the dress at all. The package was supposed to have a signature on it. Someone signed for it with a signature and Initials that weren’t mine. I’ve reached out to Amekana boutique in regards to this matter. They didn’t care! I was told to reach out to USPS and conduct an investigation on my own. After spending upwards of $200 with this company and NEVER receiving the dress. I’m convinced this company is a SCAM. I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau. I’m actually still trying to get my money back from them. Next will be small claims court. They have a ton of horrible reviews on the BBB website. I wish I would’ve checked there before ordering my birthday dress from them.
