Fastttt delivery! Spot on customer service and patience. Absolutely loved my dress! Can’t wait to shop soon again!

I do not recommend this company and would not recommend this company! Upon trying to order my daughter a prom dress the customer service rep and myself went back and forth via text about the order until I asked her a very important question which was, “would the dress come over night if I paid extra?” Well, the rep knew that it wouldn’t but didn’t answer that question via email letting me assume the dress would come next day as she mentioned if the dress was ordered that Thursday it would arrive Friday. So we ordered due to the conversation before paying the additional $55 over night fee a second time on an already $500+ dress. After a lengthy conversation via email, I was told I would get a return back in its original form once the dress was received in its original form. Well I never opened the box and took a video receiving the box and sending it back which was also attached to an email. Amekana got the unopened merchandise/dress and have not returned emails. Their instagram rep says she can’t do anything but relay messages. I have screenshots of it all including emails stating it all. This was and has been a headache with dealing with this company but litigation here we come. Telling me anything just to get a sale and dress back is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The dress is gorgeous. I am so thankful for you sending out my package as soon as possible. I really appreciate it I was stressing when I realized it wasn’t a ready to ship order but you definitely did your big one and got it to me right on time. I’m very thankful.

Super fast shipping, I ordered a “ready to ship” dress. And it arrived In like 2 days. It was a great fit! And beautiful! As promised. Only thing that was not perfect is, many of the little glued on mirrors fell off thru the night. Even if I was just standing. Let alone if I danced or hugged someone, like 30 percent of the shiny circles fell off, making this $300 dress a one time wear.

Shipping was fast but the post office in my city sucks! So I received my dress 12 days later which caused me to reschedule my photoshoot. Babbbyyy when I got the dress! It was stunning! The quality was amazing and it was heavy. Which is a good thing! It means it wasnt made with cheap material. Definitely will be getting all my birthday fits from here. If you want to stand out for an event or your birthday, this is the boutique to purchase from!

Shipping was fast , dress came beautifully made , fitted nicely , without me having to go get it altered or anything it fitted perfectly definitely would purchase again for another occasion
