I canceled a couple months ago online, the same way I signed up for it. It showed subscription as canceled. I logged in last week prior to renewal to reconfirm, it still showed canceled and said I would not be charged. Today I see a pending charge on my cc and my subscription says active!! And there is no way to remove your cc from their site!! Update contacted them and they refunded me butthis still should never have happened. Also I don't think there is a very good variety.

I like the movie and TV show selection. The main issue for me is the sound. The movie/TV show is at normal volume. The commercials are obnoxiously loud. I don’t know if this is intentional to get you to pay more for commercial free or just a glitch.

I only gave this 3 stars because of all the commercials. I love all the content but can watch the shows I like on other streaming apps with less commercials, and amc plus commercials are mind numbing playing the same ones over and over. To be honest with all the streaming apps out there it's getting more expensive than just the older cable TV.

We loved season 1 of Dark Winds We DVR the show because work Season 2 episode 1 lost the audio after the first commercial break Can you fix this? We absolutely love this show Valerie
