If I could give a zero star review I would!!! Absolutely horrible streaming service! The annoying intermission music between commercials will drive you insane!! And the they will play one commercial at least 5 times in a row! The streaming experience is horrible!!! You loose sound when a program comes back from commercial break. The only positive thing about AMC is FearFest in October! After the month is over I'm cancelling!! Do not waste your money!!! They need to figure it out or they will loose a lot of customers!!!

If I could give this streaming service a zero I would. I canceled my subscription through Google on Aug 15, 2025, tell me why AMC+ has been taking money from my checking account for two months. Contacted them and the agent says he can only refund me one month, I said no you're nit I want my money. He put me on a brief hold and came back to say good news I can give you both months. You knew you could do it but you thought I was just gonna give you money for free. NOT ME BUDDY, YOU NOT GETTING RICH OFF ME AND I CAN'T WATCH THE SERVICE.

AMC Plus has no way to cancel or remove payment information. AMC has no support phone number. AMC does not have billing email or number to call. The auto renew with no way to stop payment or even tell them the problem. Prepare to contact your credit card to dispute charges! Also this horrible designed app does not auto-play the next show. Worst customer experience ever recorded in history.

Started my free 1 week trial, as soon as it ended, I no longer could sign in. Didn't recognize my email address, couldn't continue to even attempt to give my credit card details. Wasted hours trying to figure what was going on, no help except a link to tell me what stage my complaint was in and the link goes back to the help page once again. Worst experience ever and I wasn't even signed up! If they can't even get it right on sign up imagine how bad it would get in the future! Don't bother!!!

This is the worst streaming App that I have ever used. It refuses to play movies all the time and I have to check for updates, restart the app, uninstall the app, reinstall the ap, &/or reboot my TV a few times every week. This has happened a hundred times more that all of the other streaming apps combined. WTFF?

I subscribed for a monthly subscription, first bill was $100 for a yearly subscription I never wanted nor asked for. Whats weird about the whole thing is they made sure to charge the highest subscription and not the one asked for , to me its extremely shady and will not be subscribing to it ever again.
