Big regrets
I used this company to get a patio and driveway done. It was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.

Not bothered with small jobs
It appears that this company is only interested in the big jobs as I was informed by the lady over the phone that they would call me back to arrange a quotation between the 4th of this month and the 8th of this month. Although I did stress that I hoped that their word would be kept as I had already been fobbed off by other companies, she stated that it would be definite that I would get the call. Stayed in all week and lo and behold - nothing. I did on a couple of occasions try to call them but either it went to voicemail (which I would not leave a message) or the line was engaged. Will not bother using these people ever again. Update 29/07/2026: After reading their reply, it amazes me that they replied after 10 years.

Thank you for your feedback. We're unable to identify this enquiry from the information provided. Our quotation appointments are arranged directly with customers during the initial conversation, so we would never schedule a separate call simply to arrange a quotation. For that reason, we're unable to reconcile the circumstances described with our normal enquiry process. If you believe this review relates to Amber Paving, we'd be happy to investigate further if you contact us with your name and the approximate date of your enquiry.
