AmberBride not reliable
AmberBrideStore on Etsy was supposed to have a dress to me by June 2-5. AmberBrideStore waited until June 3 to inform me my wedding dress order was cancelled, didnt even start making the dress, Leaving me less than a month to find a new wedding dress. Then proceeded to block me and cancel my refund. Fyi. Update: I have video proof of "sender is blocked by recipient" and the multiple emails I've had with etsy about my refund not going through. I'm STILL blocked. And she even reported this review and tried to get out taking responsibility for this. This is heartbreaking how many issues she's caused. I'd add picture proof if I could.

We're truly sorry for the late cancellation and the stress it caused. This was a highly unusual situation due to unexpected production issues, and we regret it very much. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We don’t have the ability to cancel refunds or block customers on Etsy. When an order is canceled, the refund is issued automatically. If you haven’t received it yet, please contact Etsy support — it may be an issue on their end. I’m sure it will be resolved and you’ll receive your refund soon.
