Never again will I order... order my shirts 6/24 and it took till 8/17 to get them delivered!!!

I ordered 2 T-shirts June 6 it’s july 30 and I still haven’t recieved my T-shirts I get on chat line to only get they are on there way never again I ordered early for a birthday present I’m not sure they will make it 🤦🏽‍♀️🤬

The shirt was great quality, once I actually received it. I ordered it on 6/3/20 and it finally arrived on 7/17/20. Way beyond the expected time, even with the delays they said to expect due to COVID. I would get generic responses that they were working to make sure my print was perfect. It was not customized. Disappointed.

Ordered on June 6th and still haven't gotten the shirt. Can't speak to anyone about it. Waiting on the chat to connect takes hours. Never give them any business of mine again, had to turn them in with my bank.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 4 shirts from Amaztee paid through paypal in 4/2020 and the shirts were shipped 5/29/2020 and with my address in Washington State. On 06/04/2020 my order was delivered to Avonmore, PA. I contacted the company via online chat. It's ridiculous that they don't offer you the ability to talk with anyone on the phone. The gentleman Gary, that I chatted with confirmed it was delivered but said to wait a few days in case the post office marked it delivered and it wasn't yet. He also ask me to double check my mail box. I'm in WASHINGTON STATE, NOT AVONMORE, PA. 06/06/2020 I went to my local post office this morning and they tracked it gave me the full print out and said it's the company issue and file a complaint. He said that they probably placed the wrong label on the package. I have filed claims with paypal and I will be contacting my bank along with Attorney Generals office. They have poor customer support when you can't talk with anyone on the phone.

Don't order from this company!!! I ordered an item from them in April, and I'm still waiting for it. Birthday surprise for my daughter ruined, despite ordering a month in advance. Their customer service is terrible!!! All emails say we take you seriously, and soon, but nothing happens. Before I paid, the dispatch date was the 7'th of May, after payment, it changed to the 21'st of May, today, the 5"th of June I received an email saying that it had been dispatched!! When I started a dispute with PayPal, they emailed me in minutes, after ignoring my emails for days and weeks. I made a charge back claim as I have not received the item, and suddenly, 1 week later it's dispatched. Don't buy from them, they are not reliable!!

Actually, NO stars would be best to rate this company. Took over a month to receive a completely different shirt than what I ordered. NO response from email. No way to contact on phone.They have my money, and I have a hideous shirt. NOT the one I ordered! I WANT a refund. Will NEVER order from them again.

Never did get the second t-shirt I ordered & paid for. Got just the one about a week ago & ordered both of the the same day. What happened to it & how do I call someone on it?? No phone number or anything Mary H.
