Dear Don mendosa, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take all feedback seriously and aim to address any misunderstandings to maintain trust and transparency. Regarding our address: The address 31145 Wiegman Rd, Hayward, CA 94544, is indeed our warehouse location. The Los Angeles address is one of our administrative offices. Both are legitimate and part of our operations. Regarding our phone number: The phone number listed is a toll-free line designed to cater to customers across the U.S. It is not limited to a specific state. Regarding our company and reviews: Our company was established three years ago, and while we have been growing steadily, our increased online presence may have attracted more reviews recently, reflecting our expanding customer base. We truly value your opinion and would love the opportunity to resolve any doubts or questions you may have. If there is any way we can assist further, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to our customer service team at [email protected]. We kindly ask, if this clarifies your concerns, to consider updating or removing your review to better reflect your experience with us. We strive to improve and ensure satisfaction for every customer. Thank you for your time and understanding.
