**CONSUMER WARNING** Kenneth Eade will not hesitate to scam you
Do NOT hire this company unless you want to get royally scammed. My experience with them: 1. They lied to get my business - I asked for assistance with seller verification escalation and expedition of the review. Their chat VA told me they handle seller verification. 2. They delivered a canned template, completely irrelevant to my case, it was about suspended accounts and none of it made any sense, as the POA was referring to suspended listings and Amazon listing guidelines, none of which applicable to my situation. 3. I expressed my concerns they weren’t qualified to handle my case, and that the template was irrelevant., The owner Kennet Eade, literally said: "Our fee was earned the minute you signed the agreement and we provided the advice you chose not to take" - essentially giving me the boot, and refusing to take responsibility for the fact they failed to fill out their contractual obligations. 4. I wanted to give them a chance to wipe their hands clean of the contract by refunding me, after they wasted so much of my time, and I waited days counting on their assistance. 5. They refused, so I took it up with my bank as a dispute. 6. Kenneth Eade flooded my bank in response to the dispute with 57 pages of legalese arguing he delivered the service, which he did not. ***If you still have any doubt as to the integrity of this company, know they will work harder to steal your money than to actually help you and deliver a usable solution. To make matters worse: The owner of the company has a history of deceitful, predatory business practices, and my interactions with him and his team confirm this. But don't take my word for it. Just check some of the facts I'll post below. A company's word and service is as good as the integrity of its owner. Kenneth Gordon Eade has a history of scamming consumers. ***SEC Lawsuit, Misleading Consumers by Misrepresenting Financial Statements To start, between 2012 - 2014, after litigation from the SEC, his attorney license was suspended for a period of 5 years until very recently, as he aided and abetted the company’s violation of securities laws and drafted false and misleading periodic filings that were filed with the SEC, omitting some material facts and misrepresenting others. Eade eventually settled, agreeing to pay considerable fines and disgorgement. ***Multiple (12) Attorney License Suspensions by the State Bar of California ***Predatory Business Behaviour In 2011 he brought an absurd “basher” lawsuit against the Investor’s Hub online financial forum and a number of its members, initially announcing that he sought $400 million in damages. IHub responded with an anti-SLAPP action that eventually prevailed, and Eade was required to pay the defendant’s legal costs. Eade never obtained the real names and locations of the “bashers” he sued as John and Jane Does, though he did manage to misidentify two of them along the way. ***Multiple Better Business Bureau Complaints Amazon Sellers Attorney (rated C) has multiple complaints on their BBB profile you'll never see on their social media review accounts. ALTERNATIVE There are reputable companies out there, including the top one in the industry run by a former Amazon Senior Executive from none other but Seller Performance. Full disclosure - I am not affiliated in any way with Ecomm Chris, I’m just another business owner like you, who was scammed by Amazon Sellers Attorney and want to help prevent their predatory behavior from scamming others. P.S. I challenge Kenneth Eade to prove my statements above inaccurate. He can't because he knows I have hard evidence on every statement I made, so instead he tries to remove my review as a client who hired him and whom he outright scammed, so that you, the potential future client reading this, can fall into the same trap as well.
Response from AMZ Sellers Attorney®Feb 22, 2021
The client hired us for a fixed, non-refundable fee with no result guarantee, to provide counseling and an appeal of the failed verification of her Amazon seller account. From the beginning, the client did not understand that her seller account had been suspended, and got hung up on the semantics of this. When we amended her appeal, we used her suggested verbiage, but she never could forget our initial assessment, which Amazon verified, that her account had been suspended for failing verification per Amazon's notice of June 22, 2020. Amazon also asked her for an official document to show the scope of activity of the LLC and she sent them a letter signed by herself. We counseled her that a letter was not an acceptable official document, but she could amend her LLC operating agreement to provide them with such a document that would most likely be accepted. She also insisted that she did not need a plan of action, although she had written an ineffectual one herself (See client's plan of action of June 22, 2020). After many communications with the client, wherein she was hostile and refused to accept our professional advice, she claimed that all we did was provide her with a template. We are experts at verification suspension, which is all about the documents you submit to Amazon. We spent hours reviewing the client's materials and counseling her. If the client had followed our advice and the proper documents had been submitted, her account would have been reinstated. She claims now that she hired another service who was able to have her account reinstated within 24 hours. In our experience, this is an unreasonable timeline for this type of appeal.
