I received a Received Intellectual Property Complaints on 7th July I also approached Amazon Sellers Attorney on the same day, I sent over all the details that I have received, I was informed that they will be able to do this POA, but I was a bit worried that will they be able to do it as they were asking for the money upfront and this was also non-refundable the amount was a large amount, I still took the risk and paid them. I was explained step by step guide what to do, and what was to be doing, this appeal process did take time, going back and forth, in October I was beginning to give up on this, I approached Nadia the final time to say that nothing has happened, and After 3 months of waiting for any reply and being dragged without any logical explanation, I see no hope in this and then next day I got a simple message saying my ASIN have been relisted. The full process took around 15weeks. I can finally say that these processes needs patients and time. Overall, I was happy with Nadia supported all the way and kept me in the loop and part of the whole process and her teams’ services it was great working with you all.

Selling on Amaxon can be incredibly rewarding. But sometimes it is downright scary. As the zombie poorly trained clock watcher employees could suspend your most successful listing without reason. My product was doing well for 3 years with very minor changing to the listing made. Butobe fibe morning someone or something (it could even be their algorithm) decided to shut down my 1200 plus 5 star ratings product. That is a devastating blow. Nothing specific was provided and seller supporr either wasted my tine, misguided me on wrong directions or downright mean and rude (while maintain ing a technically professional. My language). If you sell on Amaxon, you know what I am talking about. My changes were quickly rejected and no reasobs were provided on my well thought out appeals. The clock was ticking and I had a month before I had to move my product out of Amazon w/h. Totally lost, I looked for an outside help with more experience in dealing with these issues. Boy am I glad that I did. They prepared the appeal and I posted it. Next day my item was restored back. It was that simple. Incredible, amazing, mind blowing!!! I will highly recommend these folks. They are extremely professional and get the job done. I am glad to have found them as I have more confidence in delaing with Amaxon. They wouldn't be able to shut down my business without a fight. I have to say that if this happens again- as a businessman, I would try their provided template first with Amazon. That could be the secret sauce due to its language and mentioning specific words. But still happy to be working with the company and would hire again if all else fails. God bless them!!
