My Amazon account deactivated because I received several infringements and a counterfeit claim.
My Amazon account deactivated because I received several infringements and a counterfeit claim from the brand owner. I called Amazon Sellers Attorney and they provided me with a POA very quickly and my account was reinstated within two days. I would definitely recommend them. Keep up the great work!

Don't hesitate! You'll save so much time (And money!)
I'm over the moon! I rightfully sell accessories for a larger brand, but due to some miscommunication - the listing was flagged for copywriting infringement. I spent 2.5 months fighting with Amazon to get my ASIN reactivated to no avail. Finally I had someone point me the in the direction of Amazon Sellers Attorney. They were extremely fast to answer all my questions and were fairly confident they'd be able to assist. Honestly, I was very doubtful as I had spent so much time doing this on my own to no avail, but they got back to me with an appeal plan within a day - and after submitting the information to Amazon, my listing was reactivated in less than 24 hours! They helped reactivate my account!
"Amazon Sellers Attorney" was a huge help in getting my sellers account reactivated. I am a new seller and my sellers account was deactivated the morning after I took it live. Amazon said they found another seller account I was using to conduct business with them. I've never had another seller account with them. After filing several appeals with Seller Support, a case with the Seller Performance team, and receiving a notification 30 days into this that they were going to dispose of my inventory within the next 30 days, I reached out the Amazon Seller Attorney for assistance. They helped me reach out to the Seller Performance Team and they offered me sound advice on the options I had to resolve my deactivation. After conducting some additional research we found out what happened and I was able to get my account reactivated. I also kept all of my inventory. Thank goodness. If you're account has wrongly been deactivated and you're having difficulty reactivating it, I would highly recommend reaching out to Amazon Sellers Attorney for help. Their expert advice is more than worth the money.
