As a business company, we bought a service from Amazon Seller Attorney that seemed ( after a first chat) to be able to solve some issues with Amazon Selling Central . We bought a service for $1375.00 which included " unlimited revision and any necessary escalations" as described in the contract signed by each party. Unfortunately, after only one letter written out of all the material and infos provided by us, which was sent by our personal email, nothing happened anymore. Despite asking repeatedly by email to escalate the matter ( which was the reason why we bought the service in the first place) the firm did non respond to us anymore. They totally ignored our request. Do not buy their service they are unreliable and unprofessional, once they got the money they dropped the case.

I personally had a bad experience with this company. Besides knowing my situation they said to me they can definitely help and take care of dropshipping violation on my account. I had advised them of what amazon is asking me and I don't have the invoices as I dropship. They claimed they can resolve my issue and get the account reinstated. Then they typed the appeal. Honestly I wrote better appeal than them myself. Then you sign a form that you won't get any refund. I wasn't looking for one it the right effort was made to help me. But we got lost in the loop where amazon never responded. They said they will escalate to legal. And then nothing happened.

I hired these guys to remove hijackers from my Amazon listings, instead they got my listings removed from Amazon, and brought my account on the brink of suspension. Every email was responded to in 24hrs which was very cumbersome specially if you are trying to get an issue like mine resolved.

Did not solve my problem. I instead solved it on my own after they ghosted me and stopped helping resolve the issue. Took months and months and finally tried to play catch-up but my hard work had far exceeded anything they provided. And now even after failing they will not take responsibility for their lack of reply and refuse to refund me. Terrible;Will never use again.

$1,250 and a lot of time invested. Was not even able to get a RESPONSE from Amazon that was not a template response. The issue I see here is that they are willing to take on any case, even if they know it has a near-zero probability of being resolved favorably. Of course, they will tell you they have a "75-80% success rate." The unethical thing here is them taking cases they know they won't be able to resolve. Not very consultative, more predatory.

Amazon Sellers Attorney wrote appeals that were useless. I would not recommend "Amazon Sellers Attorney" for anything related to Amazon.

Do not believe what these people claim, they are lairs. I lost my amazon account due to their inability to write proper letters for poa as the small changes did nothing, they also stated they would retrieve my funds and then told me it was 20k to do when i had an email stating they said we would go after the funds which they were holding which was illegal, This company makes false promises and is a bunch of liars

******WARNING BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAM ARTIST******* WARNING - Please DO NOT sign up with Kenneth Eade and his customer service team. You may as well be flushing your hard earned money down the toilet. I have come to realise Kenneth Eade is a one man show and sadly he has no experience in Amazon account verification. He is just a scam artist and sadly I took the bait. I signed up as I needed assistance with my UK verification for Amazon. He charged a hefty fee and 6 months later my account is still not verified. Every time I call I get to speak to a different customer support person who pretends to be a legal consultant. As soon as you start asking legal questions they immediately respond with I will need to look into this and get back to you in a few hours. Never to hear back from them! I keep calling and daily get the same response. I am sooooo disappointed. I cannot believe he is still trading. PLEASE DO NOT BECOME KENNETH'S NEXT VICTIM. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AMAZON SELLERS ATTORNEY HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE TRADING!
