They are smoke and mirrors. Rely heavily on AI for editing. Inconsistent service and delays. You don't need them to upload your manuscript. You can do that yourself, for free. They are horrible. I would not use them again. Tried to work with them over the span of two years. Wasted a lot of money on them with project not completed. Terrible.

This company is a total scam, do not do not use it, they came off to me as an Amazon company and did very poor quality work, said they would file the copyright and such. Then I started getting emails from info@kdpsupport###. stating I needed trademark, and PCIP and such, I thought it was KDP said it was, nope scam, I cut ties and then they sent me documents saying they had provided these services, they were all fake, not one service had been completed. Please do not use, they start out good, like they are helping but quickly you will be sucked in and they will take you for a ride.

SCAM! Total scam. I asked for their business license and DBA, but neither of these checked out. I looked up the books they have supposedly published and none of them check out, the books are not by the authors listed. I checked their website domain and it's less than a year old. The positive reviews listed here are all fakes, just read them (no authors write that badly), and look at the dates submitted. Don't give them any money, they are thieves.

The company is a scam. They are not affiliated with Amazon at all, I confirmed with Amazon Global after they processed payments under two different companies unauthorised. I had to cancel my card, they are thieves. I have reported them as scammers to the bank and forwarded all correspondence to Amazon Global who are investigating. They will not refund my money.

This company is a TOTAL scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I was sold two services but decided to cancel them because they smelled suspicious and customer service threatened to hold my manuscript hostage unless I work with them. Finally, the compliance officer, Shaun Morgan promised to refund me entirely, almost $1,000. It has been more than 2 months and I have yet to see any refund. I've been emailing him but he stopped responding. Here's his promised words: "Both refunds have been completed from our end, however we have raised the ticket to the merchant to provide with the transaction ID’s as per proof so it can also help you in attaining it, it is very odd that both transactions are not reflecting to you. I will chase this actively so we can sort it out asap since we show the amount deducted from our account."

Shaun Morgan was great. He displayed a great deal of tolerance when dealing with someone as unfamiliar with the book printing process as I was. He and his team did a wonderful job in creating a fine quality finished product.

Amazon Publications has been AMAZING to work with to get our book formatted and printed.
