Se están pasando ya con los anuncios, y mucho. No es normal estar pagando una suscripción a una plataforma para poder ver algo SIN INTERRUPCIONES y que te estén interrumpiendo constantemente con anuncios, como si fuera la TDT o peor; porque además los anuncios no están bien coordinados con el contenido que se intenta visualizar. No sé, al menos podrían contratar a alguien que sepa poner anuncios sin estropear el contenido principal y no meterlos así de repente porque sí, sin respetar nada. ¡Cuánto daño se le está haciendo a la cultura en este país! ¡Qué vergüenza da Prime y qué poca clase!

Wir sind seit Anfang an Amazon Prime Kunden. Am Anfang waren sehr begeistert über die Auswahl der Filme. Fast alles war gratis und ohne Werbung. Am Wochenende haben wir wiedermal rein geschaut und siehe da, wir haben KEINEN Film mehr gesehen beim Auswahlschirm der gratis wäre. Du musst nur noch lauter Abos abschließen um überhaupt noch irgendwas anzusehen. Das ist eine Frechheit!!!!

I Cancelled my subscription and Prime continue to deduct £7.99. Today they deducted the last money in my account and I'm fuming I need them to refund me from the date I cancelled my subscription I fed up.

Una estafa: pagas por una suscripción y sigues pagando por ver cosas y soportas anuncios… Estoy alucinando: pago una cuota mensual o anual con la promesa de contenido ilimitado, pero la realidad es que casi todo está bloqueado y te obligan a alquilar o comprar películas y series aparte. La app y la web son anticuadas, funcionan mal, con errores constantes, mala búsqueda, y sin streaming fluido. Encima, te meten anuncios dentro del contenido, incluso si ya has pagado la suscripción completa. Y si no los quieres, te cobran 3 € más al mes. ¡Un abuso total! Y lo peor: te prometen Prime gratis si eres cliente de Vodafone o Movistar… pero solo es para que entres en la app, ¡luego tienes que pagar por todo! Frustración tras frustración: cobran por suscripción, luego por contenido adicional, y además te impiden ver en versión original o ponen subtítulos mal traducidos. Es una cafetera mal diseñada con publicidad oculta. Si alguien te recomienda Prime Video, mejor diles que no pierdan el tiempo ni un céntimo.

In het begin veel problemen gehad dat Prime wegvalt maar al eventjes niet meer nu. Prijs is heel laag in de maand maar dit is een basis versie, je kan heel veel andere opties bijnemen wat wel meer kost dan Prime zelf. Grote nadeel aan Prime zijn de ondertitels, bij veel geen Nederlandse ondertiteling.
