I enrolled in Amazon prime trial but never used so decided to cancel. They have repeatedly tried to take payment despite saying they were sad to see me leave.. There is no one to chat with in anyway whatsoever. They do not have customer service just a loop that takes you back to the first page you started from despite asking do you want to speak to customer service. They even refunded me and 2 days later took another payment despite changing my bank card. If this is the future of ai we won't have a problem. I've ticked the box for trustpilot to notify them of my experience good luck to that I say hahaha

Vergognoso che adesso oltre a pagare l’abbonamento, abbiamo messo le pubblicità!!! Pessima scelta, che poi io e la mia famiglia facciamo al contrario: tutte le pubblicità che ci fracassano i c…sono acquisti che non faremo mai!

Long-term prime customer. Took out the Paramount + subscription through prime. New episode of series out today. States "not available in your location". Called customer services and are absolutely useless, keep asking what make of TV I have despite everything else working and having same message on my PC. Ridiculous!!! So close to cancelling my prime membership, and also the Paramount+ one!

Prime video istiga la pirateria. Non si è mai visto un servizio a pagamento con la pubblicità durante la riproduzione del film o serie, è assolutamente inaccettabile, com'è inaccettabile l'idea di dover pagare extra per toglierla, quando un click online ed hai a disposizione l'intero catalogo streaming mondiale gratuitamente. Se non eliminate questa scocciatura vedrete un risultato opposto a quello desiderato, la cancellazione dell'abbonamento, io sicuramente lo disdico se entro due mesi non cambiate rotta. Per di più ci sono sempre più film in pay per view o abbonamenti extra per poter vedere determinate serie o film, ed anche li abbiamo raggiunto l'assurdo.

Cancelled in December 2023. Amazon emailed me a cancellation confirmation but they continued to take payments EVERY MONTH since I cancelled. I have emailed them repeatedly but they still keep taking payments.

Dal 9 Aprile la pubblicità di enta esagerata su alcune serie e su alcuni film...sappiate che non comprerò mai alcun prodotto di cui mandate in onda le pubblicità ;-) <3
