I would recommend anyone who is seeking wristband to definitely choose this company. They are truly amazing.

The colors of the wristbands we ordered were much darker than the proofs we approved. It was very difficult to read the print on the actual product, the proof looked great, product not so great.

I started an organization and ordered 100 bands to see the quality and to see if I wanted to place a bigger order. I received the bands the first time and I was very well pleased. However, when I placed an order for 600 bands things quickly turned into the biggest nightmare! There is nothing on the site that tells you to call them to re-order, so for my convenience I ordered on line like I did the first time. When I received the order the bag was torn, the bands were much smaller than what I had received previously and the plastic bags I paid extra for were too small for the bands. I called and spoke to customer service and was advised to send pictures of everything. When I followed up with them I was advised the reason the order was different was because another company did the bands the first time. In other words Amazing Wristbands contracts their work out to China! I was told I should have called my re-order in so they could look to see who did the bands the first time. If that information was on the website I would have done so. I was assured they would take care of it and send me the correct sized bands. I placed the first order in August, it took a month for me to receive the "re do" order and when I received the bands the words were misspelled! I didn't change the order in anyway so I'm not sure how they misspelled the word "lack". I had to call customer service again. They apologized and that's fine but meanwhile I missed several opportunities to sell the bands at my events. I received the correct bands last week in OCTOBER! TWO MONTHS LATER! This time the order was correct. If you don't have 2 months to wait for something that should only take 14 days, find another company to print your bands. The other thing that I found quite interesting was the packing slip inside the bag that listed the price of 600 bands at 18.00, I paid over 300.00. When I brought this to the attention of customer service, they assured me the price that was listed was for the shipping price to get the bands through customs. Not sure what to believe but I do know I will not use them again!

This is my "go to" site for wristbands and other customized products. The site is easy to use, and if I have questions or a special custom order, the Amazing Wristband team is always available to help and they have even made suggestions to make my order better.

I ordered 8 different wristbands in different colors in lots of 100. Each and every wristband was perfect. The colors vibrant, the lettering legible and the delivery time spot on and quick! I highly recommend Amazing Wristbands and will certainly be using them again in the future

After many phone calls to this company over several months, I ordered glow wrist bands for my son's night club themed Bar Mitzvah. They came on time and looked fabulous, until we turned out the lights, NO GLOW! We tried UV lights, we left them outside on foil lined pans and checked every 15-30 minutes for 3 hours. Although they were slightly brighter, the "glow", and I use that term loosely, lasted less than a minute. I called and spoke to several employees. Finally one agreed to submit my request for a refund, in their words, not mine. I later got an email stating because they "glow" they will not issue a refund. I tried to speak to a manager, but whoever answers the phone says they are in charge. I have since ordered wrist bands from another company THAT ACTUALLY GLOW. This company does NOT stand by it's products and has terrible customer service. I am more than happy to send them back so they can see the lack of glow for themselves, but no one will call me back. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL.

Ordered standard size wristbands with screen-print and also 3/4" wristbands deboss. Overall, good quality and I would order again in the future. However, I don't recommend taking showers with screen-printed wristbands. It'll deteriorate the screen print over time.

The design process was quick and easy, the turnaround time was fast, the communication on delivery was good, and the final product is wonderful! I couldn't be happier.
