I wish there were minus stars. The product is you ever get it is decent; the problem is it takes forever to get it. Placed 2 orders on 5/13/20, got 1 item on June 8, still waiting on the other. As others say customer service is a joke. They confused the orders during communications, still the one order is waiting to print. I did get them to give a partial refund, but it shouldn't take 45 days to print a shirt. If it does, them say so clearly on your website. Will never use them again and will tell anyone I know to stay away from them.

Giving them 1* is too kind. 6-week lead time with, disgraceful / non-existent (automated) customer service, and the quality it pathetic. In my opinion, all positive reviews on here (5*, are you kidding me??) are as automated as their customer service. I requested to cancel my order on multiple occasions and they said it wasn't possible - so they'll ask you to honour the order but won't do themselves. Avoid them now, while you still can.

So far I've been waiting on my order for 17 days now...no communication, email, notifications..nothing! Can't even speak with a live agent about my order. Some companies keep using Covid-19 as an excuse for delays..negative! This past 2mos, I've ordered from Amazon, Nike, Adidas and a few others...didn't wait over a week for my orders. Hopefully I'll receive my shirts soon!

i ordered a shirt on may 11th have not received and cannot get thru to them will never order again

On May 28th, 2020 I purchased a shirt with the year 65 and next to it are color stripes. The cost was 29.88 and I haven’t received it yet. Can you respond and tell why is that???

BEWARE! BEWARE!BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. FRADULENT BUSINESS!! This is the worst company. It has been o er a month that I ordered my shirt. I wanted to wear it for my bday and I still dont have it. I emailed them and asked to cancel and they said that it was too late because they are printing it and was going to be shipped in 5 days May 28. Today is June 9th. When I look at my order it clearly states it has not been printed yet they cannot cancel my order because according to them it has already been printed. I am going to report this company as fraudulent business to the business bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I tried calling and cannot get an agent to help.

I absolutely love my tee shirts and the quality of shirt. I can’t wait to wear it on my birthday this year.
