Never received my order, Waste of money...lost 75 dollars

I paid for a personalized phone case from Amazing Customize but never received it. The carrier's delivery information appears to show delivery to an apartment location that is not my residence. What has been most disappointing is how the company's position has changed during our correspondence. Initially, I was told they would do everything they could to ensure my order reached me. I was then told that if the package was misdelivered, they would arrange a replacement. Later, that changed to offering the replacement free only if I placed another order. Their latest position is that I can purchase the item again at a 50% discount. So the resolution has effectively gone from replacement, to replacement conditional on another purchase, to asking me to pay another 50% for an item I already paid for and never received. I have repeatedly said that if evidence shows I supplied the incorrect address, I will accept responsibility. What remains unresolved is how an apartment address I do not recognize became associated with the order. Instead of resolving that question, I feel the correspondence has increasingly focused on the company having manufactured and dispatched the item and therefore having fulfilled its responsibility. I accept that they manufactured and shipped it. The problem is that I paid for it and did not receive it. I would have preferred a consistent resolution and a clear factual explanation of how the incorrect delivery address arose.

The product shows on tracking it is delivered but it is not here. I emailed this and have been goasted

Got charged twice. So paid twice the price plus exchange rates. The product is nice but not worth what I paid.

Le délais de livraison ne sont jamais respecter.a ce jour je n'ai toujours pas recu ma dernière commande que j'ai fais. Cest ma 2eme commandes chez vous ,la première je l'ai recu mais a écrit plus de 8 jours de retard ,et la 2eme commandes est toujours en cours au bout de 17 jours et je n'ai rien recu. Donc meme si vous avez des produits sympas ,je pense que cette 2eme commande sera la dernière

The cap although well made the printing was terrible.

I purchased a set of "RAM" protective stickers purported to fit my 2023 Ram 1500 Crew Cab truck. Unfortunately, they don't work because there is a kind of flap on the upper and lower portion of the sticker that won't allow it to lie flat in the designated position under the door handle itself.
