Amaze has been one of the best source to reach out when you need medical assistance. They are amazing and they always answer you with professionalism. Not only that but they help you find physician if you need to be seen by a different doctor I love maze and their stuff.

Amaze is AMAZING! We’ve been SO happy with this service. We’ve reached out a handful of times and there’s never been a wait to speak to a provider. All of the providers have been so friendly and knowledgeable and they make sure all our questions are answered. They sent prescriptions over to our pharmacy quickly. And what is really the above and beyond is that they actually follow up a day or two later to make sure we were able to get our prescription and that we are starting feeling better. We are SO thankful for this service!!

Amaze is great. I can’t say enough positive things. First, the ease of scheduling time with the provider is wonderful. They are immediate in their responses to my questions. I made the decision to utilize them as my primary care physician and I have never had an in-person visit with a provider who was as thorough as what they are providing in a remote setting. While most doctors offices make you wait long amounts of time in the waiting room, then rush you through your visit without really getting to know you as a person, the providers at Amaze see you as an individual and take their time during your visit without rushing to complete their assessment. Treva, the nurse practitioner, is professional, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, thorough in her examination, and takes time to really get to know her patients and put them at ease. I recently was referred to a hematologist by Treva for an ongoing vitamin deficiency and the hematology provider stated in all her years of practice, she had never received such complete documentation and history for a patient and she was extremely pleased with the relationship between Amaze and local community providers. Thank you, Amaze and Treva, for the high quality of care you provide to your patients!

Cindy is AMAZING! I love that she follows up on anything with our family’s health. It feels like she is our family doctor and not just a telephone health call. She is so caring and thorough! Ashley did a great job finding me care. When I called the doctor they couldn’t see me for a month but with her involvement they were able to see me within a week. She then followed up with me throughout the process to make sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely amazing! Thank you!

I have had many conversations and several interactions with many of the Amaze crew . From just asking for help with current prescriptions. To not feeling well and needing help with medical advice . Amaze crew has jumped in to help fight with me to Lincare . And without asking was by my side throughout ( and still) are . Thank you .
