Very satisfied buying from A Mater of fax!!

I received a call from Joe from Customer Service verifying I ordered the right lamp and just letting me know it was going to be an extra day to ship it- if that was all right! I've never received a call like that from any business concerned about shipping or the right order! He left a message and I returned the call. The phone was answered right away and I was put on hold for a very brief moment as he was on the line with another customer; but the phone was answered- so I'm surprised someone said they didn't return their calls! I'll keep an eye on the shipping and billing but so far it's such a wonderful experience I had to leave feedback somewhere! Thanks Joe!

I was extremely happy with my purchase with a Matter of Fax. Customer service was really helpfull and I recieved a great item quickly. I would deffinately recommend this to a friend!

I was emphatically pleased with both the customer service I received as well as the efficacy of the product that I procured upon its arrival at my firm. I would absolutely recommend this website to any individual who had the need to procure any technological product that this company offered. Thank you once again for a very favorable experience.

They really have great prices and fast shipping. Will order again!
