on-time delivery, extensive selection, good experience

The shipping was fast. The product was as advertised & was even nicer than pictured online. Works as you would want when you spend your hard earned money. Thanks to you-Matteroffax

We purchased toner cartridges for our office printers and are very pleased with the quality so far. I appreciate the company getting the order to us so quickly.

They realized I had not ordered the correct bulb for my projector and called to confirm what I really needed. Thanks guys!

I shopped for a new drum for my printer, and every one was well over the price provided by A Matter of Fax. It was just by pure accident that I came across the A Matter of Fax website, and I am so thankful that I did. I experienced a GREAT savings for exactly what I needed to get my printer working.

The prices were low and the shipping was very fast. Great shopping experience!!

We got our items faster then expected with no mistakes. To add on top of that a customer service rep called and made sure that the ink is what we wanted. Never had a company care so much even after your order is placed. Will be ordering from them again in the future.

Pricegrabber found A Matter of Fax for the best price by far for an HP toner we almost paid $80 for! With free standard shipping and such a low price, $28, I expected the order processing/shipping to take weeks but turnaround was about a week from order to delivery.
