Purchase went well. Great price!

I really needed my printer back up and running and they were very fast and efficient in sending me my order. I was extremely pleased and surprised when they called me after receipt to make sure everything was satisfactory and no issues.

Thank you, will do business again.

I bought a refurbished HP printer from A matter of fax. They were helpful and friendly. I am a satisfied customer.

We bought 3 Brother printer cartridges for our laser printer my wife uses in doing taxes for her clients. They were had for 1/3 the price we found anywhere else. Thanks for the great delivery time also.

I ordered a HP printer from A Matter of Fax and was very pleased with the purchase. After placing my order online, I called in to verify and expedite my order. The customer service provided was excellent. I was attracted to the site by the price. I received my order in good time.

A Matter of Fax had the lowest price I could find on replacement toner for my printer and the shipping cost was reasonable. I received the cartridge in 2-3 business days, which was fast even though I am on the West Coast. I haven't had to install the new toner yet so I can't speak to the quality but unless it is noticeably different than the OEM toner, I will definitely call them next time I need a refill. In fact, I plan to buy a three-pack next time if the quality is good.

Great product they responded quickly and delivered on time can highly recommend
