New Customers don’t mean anything......
I ordered a high demand RC ESC back in March. First, two weeks ago, I get an email stating it was still on backorder, would I like to keep the order going. I emailed and asked how far down the list I am. They tell me 22. So I agreed to keep the order and wait. I emailed today and get told I have been bumped down the list to 75 because I haven’t purchased $3000.00 (not a premier customer) worth of product from them that makes me an ordinary customer and they put their priority customers ahead in line no matter what. May I suggest that on a high demand, new released product, you put back orders out as they are ordered. I’m strongly disappointed to be told that my money is important and you take it, hold it for a preorder, but my being a customer is not as important as another because I’m new to the hobby and will continue to be less important until I give you $3000.00. What a way to make new customers feel like crap. This was told to me directly from the customer service rep in California.
