I was also a Kickstarter supporter and got the Amabrush in November. The package was very nice when I opened it, so I was full of joy to unpack all and try it after a long time waiting for it and all the good shows and news from them. So the first impression was good and the quality seems ok. Then I tryed it for the first time. The toothpaste can only pushed out manually by pressing the button serveral times. I did a plaque test and after 10 seconds nothing really changed, another 30 seconds more...not much bettet. So the product is not useful at all for me. I am so angry about myself, that I was also believing that it could work at the beginning. Money spent for nothing...

Useless machine, does not clean your teeth at all. Eating toothpaste would result in cleaner teeth.

Does not work at all. Received mine after two years of waiting. Ordered different set that I received. Comoletely useless thing. For sure can’t be used as main toothbrush.

Delivery not on schedule twice, delivered product an absolute shame. it took them more time and the product was even worse

Received mine, Its completely useless. doesn't clean teeth nor does it work properly! ...Expensive paperweight.

Ordered it in July 2018, have not received it yet (Jan 2019). Reports indicate a poorly working product. These people have spent more on PR than producing a quality product and delivering it.

A toothbrush that doesn't clean teeth? Who cares if it takes 10 seconds or 2 years. It doesn't work. These guys had an idea but completely failed at implementation even though they had millions of dollars.

i've only backed one project on kickstarter and will never do it again. the amabrush campaign promised a working automatic toothbrush but are delivering a mouthpiece that does not clean teeth, so essentially it's a failed project. i want my money back as i only backed it based on the lies this company told. kickstarter does not do anything if the company deceives the consumer so they should be held liable as well. both amabrush and kickstarter should not be allowed to get away with this deception.
