A friend recommended Alzo Digital to me after ordering some lighting. I wound up purchasing a 4 light kit and several drum overhead lights. The service was fast and I couldn't be happier with my new lights. I had a minor issue that customer service took care of immediately. All in all, I would have to say Alzo Digital is an excellent resource with great prices and services to go along with their innovative products.

This customer ordered an ALZO light stand product that is constructed of all metal parts. When the customer received the product they claimed is was constructed with plastic and we responded with this email ............................ Jose, I am a bit supprised that you believe that the parts of our light stands are plastic. I can assure you that you are not correct. The collets and junctions are made of cast metal not plastic. The ALZO light stand is one of the best light stands sold in the market today. We have sold many thousands of these stands to professionals without a single complaint. You are the first customer to not understand the quality of our product. ........................... This customer wanted us to pay for the return shipping of the all metal light stand and our "Satisfaction Guaranty" clearly states that a customer can return any product withing 30 days after receipt, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We'll as being a first time buyer, I was surfing the net looking for video and photography lighting and I came across your site, and I watched the short commercials on Youtube, and that really impressed me because the lights were dimmable, which gives you more quality and control on the output of light which will give you a better look. I was also impressed with the prompt delivery, the packages were packed well, and now I have what I need to shoot good footage with the best lighting possible, Thanks so much Alzodigital!!! Don

They make sure that you get the best bang for your buck, with great customer service, should you need it. They have good, durable products that fit most needs without the cost and weight of Hollywood Studio gear [that is designed and built to be used and abused ]
bienvenido

I've bought several fixtures and bulbs and the color variance is a bit more than I'd like. You can't mix and match different systems since they just don't match very we'll. They absolutely don't match other brands. The 3200k bulbs from alzo are considerably warmer than other brands. They explain why if you ask, but their could do more to be up front about it.

I was looking for a simple set of cable connects, but they had to be just right. They were just what I was looking for.
