Order Placed over 10 business days and not been shipped. Feels scammy.

Did not get the correct product.

It’s been 7 days since I placed an order, has not shipped or given any updates. But you keep sending automated promotional emails like this. Where is my order??

On January 20, 2024 I ordered four (4) tubes of 2.5 ounces of Royal Personal Lubricant and one (1) baseball cap. I received only four tubes of royal personal lubricant, and I did not receive the baseball cap. I have reported the incomplete order and have no response. Please send the baseball cap.

I only ordered two lubricants in September but another two just arrived. My credit card was charged for the second delivery. I have complained to you several times but have never received a response. Ian Feldman 914-330-1309.

DHL is the worst shipping company every time I order it’s as if it’s coming from China and on top of it I had to pay for shipping. At the speed they ship it should be included in the purchase…

It still hasn't arrived. Been waiting a while now and it's not even in the country yet.

Maybe we should have bought the XL ones (though my husband has never needed XL in the past) - but these fit very small. We wasted the first one trying to get it one. It was almost painful for him to try to get it on given how tight it was. Not sure we could tell the difference with it being ultra thin. Although I do like that these are a more natural alternative, we will be shopping around for other natural condoms.
