The response from customer support was immediate and world-class! I will now be happy to order from them again. Great job! If an item is out of stock, I expect to be notified before I place an order. Additionally, I do not expect to receive a notification that my "Order is on the way" only to have a follow up email offer a substitute item. First and last order with this company.

Fast Shipping. Received a small sample of another product with my order. Very nice surprise. I have not yet tried the gummies. The tincture honey ginger flavored is better than I thought it was going to be. I got it to put in my tea, but i can use it just fine without it. Didnt take full does amounts yet, being a first time cbd user I wasnt sure how I would react. I havent noticed a difference. BUT like I said I was not taking the full dose. I do suggest that you wait a week or so until customers have a chance to use the product before you send a rating/review email. I have high hopes for this product for my anxiety and if it is helping I will gladly be a long term customer.

The cbd world is pretty confusing. But this company is pretty straightforward. Everything I ha e tried is good. The samples helped me figure out what I needed. Tbanks

I was introduced to Altwell last summer. Since then I have used the Facial Serum daily and my skin has never looked better.
