The service was fine. No problem But the Alt crystal 23 scent was very disapointing. It smells like burnt antifreeze and medical tape. And it lingers until its washed off anything it touches. Is there any way I can get my money back?

Three of the four scents were bad. I guess they had spoiled, or something, in transit.

Not a fan of the sample fragrences I chose. Can't imagine the expensive brands ALT is trying to mimic smelling like that. They have a similar weird finish. One didn't come with a pump cap.
