Hi Brian - our deepest apologies for this. Our agent attempted to find you an appointment the same day you made the request, but all of the offices were closed at that point and the agent failed to inform you that we were going to find you an appointment on Monday when the dental practices reopen for the week. That is our mistake! Please be on the lookout for a response from our team as we will do everything in our power to make this right.
