My credit card was charged. However, I have not received the book I ordered. The store has not responded with a delivery date or method of tracking.

I emailed twice about my order but never got a response back

Ordered 2 books only received 1 right before classes started. This company is so disorganized that first they claimed that there was no tracking number even though I received the tracking information. Now after being asked to wait a couple more days, I contacted them again and now they discovered that there was a tracking number. That does not account for the fact that they NEVER sent 1 of the books from the order. Do NOT order from this place unless you want to lose your money!

I ordered a book on August 16th, a few days before classes started, and it's now August 30th and the end of the second week and I still haven't received the book. I emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back. The site is cheap, but I would just go with Amazon because they're at least reliable.

So I ordered a textbook through them and still haven't received anything at all I tried calling during their times and it seems like the number is faulty and wrong. Tried emailing them as well but nothing so far and also paid for fast shipping because i need it ASAP its already been 16 days later. This is horrible customer service and service in general. I Highly recommend not to order anything from this site

Ordered a book 14 days ago and chose 3-8 day shipping. I have not heard anything back from them since and my item has not shipped. I tried emailing and calling and both were not answered. Awful customer service

They gouge on the shipping and if you don't pay the high shipping they make sure it takes a few weeks to get to you.

I did not receive the book, contacted the company many times, and never got an answer.
