AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I chose Alto bc they offer delivery and I’m carless and disabled. It’s nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone and I tried several days to get a prescription filled. They apparently need far more details than any other pharmacy. I had my provider send a 2nd prescription after they claimed they couldn't read the first one but Walgreens never had a problem in several years. They scheduled and canceled the delivery 3-4 times before I gave up and told them to forget it. I’m having my provider send it to yet another new pharmacy. They’re about to slap a new name on themselves, Fuze Rx so beware of that. I hope they go bankrupt soon.

This company took hundreds of dollars from me to fulfill a prescription, cancelled my order over the weekend even after I provided clarification that yes, what my doctor prescribed is correct, did not respond other than saying they would cancel my order and provided no way to contact them. What an awful company that I am forced to use for some of my DME

Would actually leave a negative number of starts if this were possible. I am a physician licensed in NYS with an active DEA number who treats many patients for anxiety and depression. Alto pharmacy refused to fill an anxiolytic prescription without speaking to me in person. Phone tree takes over two minutes to navigate. Was on hold for over 15 minutes before I had to hang up to see another patient. Messaged the pharmacy and they called back saying they still needed to speak to me! Then the pharmacist I FINALLY spoke to said she was unsure the other pharmacist would fill the prescription! INSANE. Do NOT use this pharmacy. If your pharmacist prevents your doctor from prescribing medication, you should change pharmacists IMMEDIATELY!

Is there a negative 5 available? This is the pharmacy I've been using for a few years, but never really had to contact them. I'm currently having trouble and need to speak to someone. The agent on the.phone can't help so she offers to get a supervisor. Did they lay off the whole company cause after an hour of waiting, NO supervisor. This is 100% sketchy. Now I have to find a new online pharmacy. What happened to good old fashioned customer service?

This pharmacy has become unbelievably unreliable. What started as a convenient service turned into constant stress and wasted time. Deliveries kept getting delayed or rescheduled without proper notice, and trying to reach customer support was almost impossible. When I finally did get through, nobody seemed able to give a clear answer or take responsibility for the issue. The worst part was the billing confusion. Charges suddenly changed without explanation, and I had to spend hours trying to understand why my prescription cost was different from what I was originally told. Between the long wait times, lack of communication, and inconsistent service, I no longer feel comfortable trusting them with important medications. There are far better pharmacies out there that actually respect their customers and understand that prescriptions are not something people can afford to have mishandled.

i was quoted a price for my fertility medication which i wrote down and then when i went to order the price was double mind you i received the out of pocket price quote as it was cheaper than going through insurance and now they are saying its gonna cost double the originally quoted price how does a price change in just 1 week that much!

Recently Alto charged me a $25 delivery fee for a prescription. There had never been a fee charged before. When I questioned the fee they responded that it was for time-sensitive medication, which this was not. I have terminated my account as it is clear they are just ripping me off.

UPDATE: they refunded me the money after I called and questioned about the billing. I now changed the rating to 3. Still please make sure you have a record of how much you were suppose to pay in case this happens to you. Alto initially promised for a discounted price. When I ordered on the phone, they confirmed the discounted price when I placed the order. The email sent from them also reflected the quoted and paid price. However, after the payment was made, they changed my order pricing in my account and charged my credit card for none discounted price. This is ridiculous. Make sure you screen shot all your orders with promised price online. Don't trust the data in your account on their website.
