Everything was great except the delay…
Everything was great except the delay on my first flight but they did work hard to accommodate my family and wife for my flight back with a better departure time

On the broker side of the charter industry, unfortunately these things can happen on private or commercial, but glad we were there to help the situation as much as we could.
