Did not receive all of my order and this has happened before. It takes a few days to receive the order and when u really need that part and it doesn't come in it can mess up the entire work schedule and on top of that it was supposed to be here before Christmas on a wed. Now I have to wait until monday to complain and then a few more days to come in.

Horrible product pd over $1200 for set and used twice and everything went to crapscalled company asking for money back was told i would half to send set to them and wait like 3 weeks to see if tgey would replace the set nit return my money repeatedly ask for money back was refused pump leaks from side corn toold rips tape and takes all mud out corner box handle doesn't stay attached i have been a drywall finisher for more than 9 years now never seen a nore junky set everything fell apart horrible just want my money back after 2 uses ended up buying a new tapetech set way worth the extra money be careful of this product

Very cheap tools with no quality, was told by your staff they are similar in quality to level 5 but they were not even close

I bought several items for my angle tools I was unhappy with everything I bought the red diamond applicator head applied way too much mud the flusher work well but quickly fell apart due to the screw valve held the center assembly stripped and fell out I bought a Can-Am tool it's been in my toolbox for 6 months I haven't even used it cuz it seems pointless to have to apply mud by hand and then skim with the Can-Am if it had a direct applicator feature to go along with the being able to change the angle then it might be a tool I would put to use it's a couple hundred dollar trinket that's just going to sit in my toolbox I bought a two and a half inch inside applicator head and it doesn't fit on my tube which is a better than evertube which I specified over the phone when placing the order so I have several items that are just useless I bought these new parts to replace 13 year old parts sad the thirteen-year-old part 2 still working better than the brand new parts I bought I hope no one's too offended by this message it seems no matter what you're looking for they can't make it like they used to rather it be a corner bead clincher a good trowel knife Etc

We ordered from ebay 2 items and we recieved 1. We spoked at the phone + we sent several mails for this problem and they told us (by phone they answered, by mail nobody reply) will be fix it ... until now nothing was fixed! The problem is since 3 months ago!!!

Your prices are in America so there's the difference in that then you advise free shipping. And I was charged 170or so America for that when advertised free. And I payed more cuase of the company you used cost another 360or so. So I actually paid more for the tools than I could have gotten on Amazon and had them in two days. Just not good business. Never by from you again.

Don’t believe the website when it says they have an item in stock. Ordered something just to wait two weeks to call them and ask why it hasn’t shipped just to find out they don’t have what I ordered.
