Ordered stilts that were supposed to be in stock, got email confirmation on my order and the next day received another email saying my order had shipped along with a tracking number. Several days later I checked the tracking number and Fed Ex had no information so I emailed Al’s and got no response. After a couple of emails and a couple of phone calls I was told that they were on back order. Customer service wasn’t helpful and couldn’t give me any answers! I finally had to cancel the order and purchase from another vendor, I would recommend doing the same!

Pitiful handling of our order. One week after ordering our product (sanding discs) they finally actually shipped. We paid $35 for expedited shipping! By the time we are scheduled to receive our product we won't need it anymore because we had to hand sand the whole job due to this. I would not recommend this website.

Tried ordering products 4 times took the money out then would re deposit it and the bank said they authorized it as a okay and don’t know why... won’t buy here again needed the tools ASAP

Terrible company. When someone is ordering from Canada you should change currency so they know what they are paying and I paid you shipping and handling then got charged an extra 75 dollars from customs. All these changes should show up on checkout...not cool a tool that I thought I was getting for 180 ended up costing me over 300..... Never buying from Al's taping again
