I purchased a part that weighs less than a single lag bolt I was charged 40 dollars for shipping. Not sure how you guys came up with that price

They did not deliver the items I ordered. They did not respond to emails or return phone calls. I’ll use all wall for the rest of my career.

Sorry for the confusion. The order was paid with a credit card. But this order was shipped to Canada, and they charge import duties/taxes for incoming shipments.

Shipping is horrible. No tracking info from ups. Should use a different company they are making your Buisiness look bad.
