Placed an order for a high dollar "in stock" item at the beginning of August. Product was not in stock. Due to manufacturer delay, item was received at the end of September. I was fortunate to create a contact in customer service. I spoke solely to this individual. He was very honest about the situation. Always took my calls (for status of item) and called back with additional information. Because of the customer service, I would order from this company again.

The product I ordered it turns out was on backorder. There was no Indication of this at the point I placed the order and did not find out until I had called some 3 days after the order and still without a shipping notification. They may want to work on the inventory availiability on the website. When I called they were very helpful and got me an alternate product to get me back to work.

Regardless, Was good, the only thing is luck if more info, concerning how long will take my item to get me, no info about shipping, I think you should keep the customer more informed. Thank you. Sincerely
