Shipping is way too much. But I needed the part.

Please call us if the shipping cost seems to be too high. Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Sometimes we can find a way to reduce that.

still waiting on back order item

I called into Al's to get a Northstar gooseneck. The lady whom answered told me they don't sell those there. I looked online and they had them in stock. I bought it and called back immediately. After I told her they sell them online, she told me I'd be waiting a while. After a brief exchange, she decided to actually go and look on the shelves. Sure enough, they had several in stock. Imagine if she would've just initially looked.

Hey John, I am sorry for this issue. We have had a tough time keeping NorthStar products in stock due to them having major supply chain issues and a labor shortage. 95% of the time, we seem to be out of stock of their products. We must have just gotten that product back in stock that day because I know we have not had them for many months.

I have ordered a number of times, and have never waited this long for a product. Tracking says it shipped on the 24th, and had yet to move from the shipping facility.

I ordered a replacement pad for a full circle TRIGON180 /triangle shaped sander. You sent a flex edge 2.0 replacement pad rectangle, I have no use for this. I have reordered the correct pad and some 9" sanding discs. do you want the other pad back? it's only $5 so it's no big deal but still need a credit. I have just set up an account. Thanks Rick

Great to find what I needed and got it shipped super fast but when it arrived the box was damaged and when I put the pump together a nut was missing. I tried contacting them and sent a pic but no response was ever had and I'm still out the nut for the pump. Hopefully the tools work better than the service.
