SCAM - DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERNSHIP. After a month-long internship with a promise of publication and certification at the end, they will steal your work and ghost you.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Alpha Book Publisher. They are nothing more than thieves who will take your money and leave you in the dust with no communication or follow-up. I paid them for publication services, only to be ignored at every turn. They promise you professional services, but what they deliver is nothing short of a scam. After I made the payment, I received zero updates, and when I tried to contact them for clarification, their phones were disconnected. They don’t respond to emails either. It’s clear they have no intention of following through on their promises. I honestly feel robbed. If you are considering using their services, I urge you to avoid them at all costs. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and completely negligent in their business practices. Save yourself time, money, and stress, and look for a reputable publisher that actually values its clients. I’m warning anyone who reads this: do not make the same mistake I did.

Alpha book publication took Rs. 10,000 from me. This publication took a lot of money by citing these charges and those charges. At the time of receiving the money at the end, they said that the account will have to be verified and then they needed the money, but I did not give it to them. And I did not get my money either. I want my money back no matter how it is.

These people are amateurs not professionals. They do shoddy work and create plenty of formatting errors which they dont even correct. Everytime i ask them to do something, its like a 5 year old has done it. The numbers on my table of contents don't line up, they allow the text to go over images and borders, some words don't line up with others - they dont look at anything that they are doing!! I have had to point out multiple formatting errors, and even when i point them out they still dont fix them. This is not a professional company, its a waste of time and money to ask for their help, i paid them YET im fixing and formatting my own book MYSELF!!! What was the point of paying these people when they cant even fulfill simple actions? Its like im dealing with people with only a few brain cells. BEWARE this is not a professional publishing company.

Major Scam! We signed on with them mid summer of 2022, we were promised to be the exclusive provider of our services listed in the magazine. They sent us the first run of the magazine and all was running well, then we got a call from the salesman who onboarded us trying to sell us a spot as an exclusive service provider! I had to remind him we were already in there and that it is very concerning that they are still soliciting this spot that we had taken. So we call the main office, speak to a gentleman named Sam who apologized for the salesmen's mistake, we wanted reassurance that we weren't just scammed so he said they rewrite articles to keep the issues fresh and that they will send us the new ones they make for proof that we were the only ones in there. Nothing ever came, not even another version of a different neighborhood we were apart of (which should have been very easy to send to us). Called back to see see why we didnt get those, Sam then claims he never tells people they update the magazines, I reminded him that's what he said and how dumb it would be to send the same magazine over and over anyway with the same articles, he then backtracks and says "well we change the articles but not the ads" and I asked why those werent sent, he gives an excuse that actually our neighborhoods did not have any article updates so there was no need to send a different version to us. (What a terrible magazine to send monthly issues with no changes). Never got a single phone call from it, waste of money, time, and your patience cause they know they are scamming small businesses.

The worst company I've ever worked with. After 12 months and 8 attempts of editing they failed to deliver a mistake free copy. The books they promised me haven't been delivered after 51 days. I'm still waiting. They also sent me an email stating there is no money in the budget for marketing, even though the plan I purchased includes marketing. Terrible experience and extremely frustrating.
