Excellent service

I had a wonderful experience with Alpha Mortgage. Jeff Gilley has been my loan officer for two homes now, and everything has been smooth and easy. He made it very easy for me to get everything together for closing and also was super fast and responsive when we were negotiating the purchase contract. The closing team was excellent too and even accommodated me being out of the country for the two weeks leading up to our closing date. All in all - excellent!

Kathryn, Beth and, Lori are awesome. Thanks to their hard work (and patience), my mortgage loan closed in under a month. Throughout the entire process they were all patient and professional. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly responded to and explained. Kathryn took care of a last minute issue in a matter of hours, and Lori even called me to let me know the loan had been finalized because she knew we were driving down and that I wouldn’t see the email for some time.
