I bought BURN Prework out powder and took this product over 1.5 months ago. Started taking it every morning before the gym. Did it help me lean out more? Yes. No doubt. But it caused me so much more. And not in a good way. They use an ingredient called FD&C RED #40 This chemical is highly linked to From my latest research. Check out the last bullet point! Allergies Disruption of the gut Hyperactivity Migraine Neurobehavioral problems Outbursts of anger *Sources healthline.com and scienceinsights.org And it did cause all these symptoms to me. So I can’t recommend this to anyone. Sorry. But people need to know.
