This company will make any excuse to avoid paying you. After all rules were completed, they decided they couldn't determine whether it was me or not who made the trades. Therefore, they closed the account and denied my payout.

After I requested a withdrawal, they sent me an email saying my account was being used for multiple transactions, but when I asked for proof, they didn't have any. Then they flagged my account and have been silent ever since. If they didn't want to pay, they should have just said so instead of making false accusations. What a despicable company.

Did not get account credentials timely

My experience with Alpha Trader was absolutely terrible. I put in the time, followed their process, traded a 2-Step Standard account, and earned a payout of $10,658. When it was finally time to get paid, they rejected my payout over a rule interpretation that, in my opinion, was unfair, excessive, and completely unreasonable. What makes it worse is that the trades they questioned were both closed in profit. After all the work, stress, discipline, and time I put into the account, being denied a payout of $10,658 was beyond disappointing. Before this happened, I actually spoke positively about Alpha Trader and recommended them to other people. I trusted the firm. After this experience, that trust is gone. From my experience, traders need to be extremely careful with this company. Read every single rule, every payout condition, and every small detail because you may think you are doing everything right and still end up fighting for your money when it is time to withdraw. I would not recommend Alpha Trader to anyone based on what happened to me. A trading firm should make its rules clear and apply them fairly, especially when a trader has put in serious effort and earned a significant payout. I am extremely disappointed with how my case was handled, and unless Alpha Trader makes this right, I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. This review reflects my personal experience and the communications I received from Alpha Trader.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought 5 Instant 150k accounts for $1,598. They breached all of them the same day for passing the max floating p/l, but my floating p/l never breached $1500. I keep my stop losses at $200 so that would be impossible. Watch out for this scam company. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I bought a 2 step pro account in March. It is now September. I made $2,000 profit and they wouldn’t let me withdrawal because I need to make 8% or $8,000. Then the $2,000 went to break even. A waste of $2,000. Then I grew it to $3,000. Then the same thing. A waste of $3,000. Then I grew it to $7,000 and then down to $2,000. A waste of $5,000. There is an 80% profit split. That’s $10,000 total from March-September and alpha would have gotten a cut. This is a waste of time and a scam. I paid $193 with a promotion to trade for almost 6 months and recieve $0 and the firm received $193 but could have gotten $2,000. What kind of contract job charges you to work for them and no one gets money for six months? Send these executives to jail.

I have and currently using Alpha trader. One of my funded accounts were breached but yet the dashboard did not mentioned-me breaching. The dashboard still shows green and yet I had to reset. Customer service insisted that my floating pnl is why the account breach. They did not want to share any proof besides saying I breached. I was able to restart my account but after loosing all my profits roughly 20% of starting account balance profit. They are legitimate though because I receive profit sharing.

Earlier this year I bought an instant funded account, but the company had two different sets of rules on different pages. I didn't see one set of rules because who would put different rules about a specific account on separate pages? When they said my account was breached, I notified them of the rules I read, and they said I had the wrong interpretation when the rules I read where very clear. Because I notified them, they had unfair business practices on Trustpilot, they wanted to make things right because I gave them one star. They then responded by saying they would give me any challenge I wanted if I take the negative review down. I stated to them that I would remove it if they issued me another challenge. We agreed on the terms and I got another challenge. Because they still held a grudge about the negative review I wrote the 1st time around, that I changed upon our agreement, they won't allow me to buy another challenge, and I have the correspondence to prove it. Please be careful because as you can see, management is petty and they have no integrity. If you were denied payouts, I would back check because this company is very shady.
