Made an order on line., and received a email with receipt. I never signed up or made any account. A few days pass and I check the email with my order number and click on the tracking. It brings to me alphabetdeal.com website but says log in. I make an account. No order shows up with the same email I used to purchase. I send an email to customer service asking for the status of my order and also why I can't see anything on the account I created after I made the purchase. I have no received a reply back from anyone either customer service nor auto generated status updates. I highly doubt I will ever receive anything. Stay clear!!!!

I placed an order for a 2 pack of Comfort Cool Air Bras on March 2, 2021 received an email on March 4th , 2021 stating that my order has been shipped and it contained a tracking number. I checked my credit card and it had been charged on March 2, 2021 the instant I placed the order. So, here is where the problem arises I checked the tracking number through USPS and there is no order shipped , there was a label created on March 4th but no order was actually shipped. I have checked this tracking number each day since and Today is March 12th and the tracking number is still stating that a label has been created on March 4th . My order has never been shipped as of March 12th and I have sent emails to this company (several) and I called the customer service number which no one ever answers but I did leave a message. I have not received any response from alphabetdeal but they were sure quick to charge my credit card. I just today sent another email through the sites contact us which states for faster service email us at this email address, so I will try again. This time I was not so nice and I think they will get the point that I am going to take action if my order is not shipped out ASAP. This place charges your credit card and doesn't seem to ship out the orders, all they do is create labels but never actually put them on an order and ship them out to the customer. I am upset because #1 I want my order and #2 they said they shipped my order and they lied , #3 they have NOT responded to my emails or phone calls. They have horrible customer service, I don't think they have any at all. I was totally shocked to find out that where the label has been created is only about 30 minutes from where I live , I could have sent someone to pick my order up during this time I have a good friend that lives right in that town. I do not recommend anyone order from this place , I am beginning to think they are some sort of scammers as there are NO big companies in the town from which that label was created and why is it not being shipped out if a label was created. The took my money and left town ?? a Possibility ? Like who knows anything about this ALPHABETDEAL . Be very careful , very cautious about this company.

BAD EXPERIENCE! I bought a 6 Pack Dove Men Extra Fresh Antiperspirant Spray 150ml./5fl.oz. and they shipped a 6 Pack Nivea Creme instead. I contacted support team and let them know about my issue, so they asked me to return them and they were committed to ship my Antiperspirant Sprays, I payed for returning the item and they received, but I didn’t receive my items, not even a refund were set. They STOLE my money!
