Purchased 2 watches from them . Both cheap / defective. Their customer support nonexistent. 30 day warranty.. should have known ..

Bought a Juliet smartwatch for my wife in March of 2025. She complained about the step tracking within the first few days. Right about the two month mark, the watch completely died and would not charge or turn on. The APP the watch uses is obviously a low end Chinese application shared amount several cheap smart watches. I contacted customer support twice and only received a response the second time. They advised that since the watch was outside of the 30 day warranty, I could pay half price for a new one. Refused to give this company any more money. I should have known that any company that only guarantees their product for 30 days is not a reputable company. Lesson learned.

These watches are absolutely not as advertised. They're cheap made junk from China and you can find the literal exact same watches on Temu for a quarter of the price. None of the features work as indicated on the website. The only thing that works accurately is the time. Does not have the ability to depict when you receive iMessages and the vital measuring apps are all completely inaccurate. I would ask for a refund, but know that would never happen. Additionally, they offer to extend your warranty from 30 to 60 days, but only if you leave them a positive review on both Trust Pilot and Google Reviews which is a HUGE red flag. STAY AWAY!

Everyone should be checking the ABOUT section on the watch itself, it'll tell you info. I bought my husband an Alpha Gear Delta Pro Smart Watch and nowhere on the watch did it indicate the company, model, etc. I contacted the company letting them know, I think i wasn't sent what I purchased. It's basically a fraud! It's cheaply made. It's a Fake!

I bought the Alpha Raptor Pro and right out of the box it DID NOT record any and ALL vitals. It kept telling me I'm not wearing the watch correctly. I wore it snug, I wore it tight, and I wore it extremely tight, and it always say not wearing watch correctly and NEVER record any vitals. did not even attempt to work as advertised I charged the watch. I reset the watch. uninstalled and reinstalled all software and apps. Still not working right out of the box. NOTHING but my steps. It keeps dropping my calls and disconnecting from the Bluetooth. forcing me to reconnect over and over. I am done with this garbage! DO NOT buy this watch. Still waiting for customer service to response and approve my refund. You should NEVER have this many issue-problem with any product. Their add are so awesome you feel like you're getting something so special and tuff. But you're not. You're getting P.O.S. faulty product and scammed out of your hard earned money

Alpha Watch fooled me with their flashy looks, but the truth showed fast. The product felt premium, until it started falling apart within weeks. Clearly a cheap knockoff disguised as luxury. Save your money and your trust, this brand isn’t worth either.NAME ON MY DP SAVED ME

Can’t go lower than 1 star. Bought the watch and a couple of software complications did not work. Tried to contact customer service and no one answered. Wrote email requesting return and no response. Finally put in a dispute with CitiBank and they contacted AlphaGear. Took them over a month to respond to my bank. Bank initially sided with merchant but after sending the bank a copy of the original email requesting return, within the 30 day return policy, and showing the 30 day guarantee logo on the site, we won the case. Keep all of your paperwork and communication. To this day AlphaGear has not responded to me asking for an address for return. Not a word. They are non-existent as others have claimed. Today I sent another email stating that I wanted to return the watch and gift knife after winning the case and so far no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! I ORDERED A WATCH WITH A FREE KNIFE AND PAID FOR 2-4 DAY SHIPPING AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND I HAVE EMAILED THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITH ONLY AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT MY SHIPMENT WAS SENT!!!!! THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY AND I WARNING YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
