Just bought the watch didn't like the functionality or the way it appeared on my wrist tried to return it I was told no return but 15% watch is still in the shipping container

Bought a Alpha Gear Delta watch, tried it on and it was too big. Reached out for a return authorization and was told they don't except returns for fitment issues. With no way to try watch on in person how is one supposed to know how it's going to fit. Do not buy this watch. It’s a scam. They do not stand behind their product. It’s a weak product and they do not fix problems. No sound, vibrations are extremely weak, and no push notifications for email, calls, or texts. Garage. Don’t buy.

Received a bravo watch for x-mas, 43 days later it went black and will not turn on. Customer (no) support says it's past the warranty nothing they can do. I should have researched them, there are many negative reviews about this company

I purchased three watches and two of them stopped charging after a few weeks . The company would not make good on their warranty .

Website shows a watch encased in ice and water proof up to 10 meters. After a quick dip in the pool, it stopped working and took on water. Company is unreachable for any type of warranty claims or tech help. Too bad as it's a awesome looking watch and the band is very tough, just the internals are not so great. Since they do not respond to phone calls or email inquiries for warranty, I deem this company as a fly by night scam just like the rest of the customers reviews.

The ONLY reason they get 1 star, it's the only option. Otherwise, they wouldn't even get a star!!! They are crooked people who claim to support veterans and are an American owned and backed company. Couldn't be further from the truth. I purchased and paid for a couple watches, one for my son's sixteenth BD, and never received the full order. I only received 1 watch. I would NEVER order from this place ever again. BEWARE-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY AND THEY LIE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW GOES VIRAL!
