Alpha WatchReviews of alpha-watch.com

Never got the watch I ordered. They have been ignoring my emails for a refund. Don't order from them, they are frauds.

There not a company. There dishonest, there deceitful. They sell inferior products and have absolutely no customer service or support. How Google or Amazon even let them advertise is beyond me? Honestly, the FBI and IRS needs to seriously look into Alpha. They blatantly steal your money. I'm not even asking for a refund. No way too anyway. I have a splitting-maul I'm going to use on the piece of junk!

Worst Company ever. Purchased the Ultimate Raptor Package for my husbands birthday on 7/8/23. After opening the watch on 7/8/23, I sent an email to request a return due to the poor quality of the watch. My return was denied because I didn’t email the company within 3 days of receipt. What a waste of money for a piece of junk. I would never recommend this companies products to anyone.

Worst customer service out there! Watch is supposed to be waterproof to a 100m and mine got wet from the water hose and quite immediately. Face fogged up and numbers went haywire. This is what I would have expected from China but not here!! Buyer Beware!!

Alpha Watch Company is a total scam. I have tried many times to contact customer service. The only service you get is a recording informing you that the mail box is full and can not receive additional messages. The only reason I gave them one star is because that is the only choice. They wanted to send the company policy. I got the watches for a Father's Day Gift

Alpha Watch Company is a total scam. I have tried many times to contact customer service. The only service you get is a recording informing you that the mail box is full and can not receive additional messages. The only reason I gave them one star is because that is the only choice. If I could, I would rate my experience with Alpha Watch Company as a big fat zero. They should pack up all their China junk and send it back. If I need another watch I will never buy it from Alpha Watch. I will do without a watch before ordering one from Alpha. Save yourself a big headache and stay away from the China junk scammers, "Alpha Watch."

DONT BUY THEY SENT A WATCH I DIDNT ORDER AND AFTER 30 EMAILS BACK AMD FORTH FINALLY THEY SEND A RETURN FORM WANTING ME TO PAY SHIPPING...OMG!...They have phone but voicemail box is full of course...terrible experience seems support people are mentally challenged ...they just couldn't understand! !!waste of money and time...if you think I'm kidding then buy one...

Cheap construction for a watch that's claimed to be a tough watch. Don't risk getting the play watch wet. Custom watch faces only shows one at a time. Unlike real smart watches made of a steel body this plastic rip off wouldn't hold up to the drop as advertised.
